We were commissioned to design a scheme for a new headquarters of a local company within the shell of a dilapidated mill building.
The scheme successfully allowed the creation of new office space to the upper floors with separate independently let office units at the ground floor level.
The proximity of the scheme to a river was assessed carefully, with the building opened up to maximise the views, whilst the ground floor levels were raised following flood risk assessments
