We designed and obtained planning permission for this scheme, which created 202 newbuild student accommodation units within two newbuild blocks within a town centre.
Due to the height and scale of the proposals, detailed consultation was held with the planning department and 3d modelling was carried out to ensure light levels to adjoining buildings were not affected.
