We designed this project as a bespoke one off creation for a small, well detailed, zero carbon off grid house that could be self built.
The site sloped down to a canal at the bottom, where a mooring point was located.
The site and building were designed to be self sufficient, with the architecture of the house reflecting the forms and materials found along the canal in the local area.
