008 Contemporary Remodel

We were approached by our clients to look at remodelling and extending their existing stone property in the open countryside outside Lancaster.

We re-planned the ground floor to maximise the use of the spaces and created a new single storey extension forming a large kitchen dining family room opening out onto their fantastic garden with open views of the countryside beyond.

We relocated the existing staircase and created more useable first floor spaces and with a small first floor extension created a new ensuite for the master bedroom.
