We remodelled a 1960’s empty office block to create new student accommodation comprising of 76 bedrooms over 4 floors. We worked closely with an independent fire consultancy to incorporate a detailed fire strategy than enabled additional floorspace to be utilised for accommodation, thus maximising the potential of the building.
The existing shell was fully re-clad externally, with new window openings formed to suit the new layout.
