A Newbuild replacement house in the heart of a conservation area in Lancashire. We were appointed to assist the builder with the technical detailing, liaison with other design consultants and provided on site advice to help them realise this luxury one off bespoke property. We 3d modelled the scheme using BIM and used this to co-ordinate the design with the structural engineers, steelwork fabricators and mechanical engineers.
